1. The service and the operating party
Tik Pro Games provides interactive visual games for streaming, such as Name Diary and Typography Studio. Creating an account on the site does not mean purchasing a paid subscription.

2. Account and eligibility for use

3. TikTok, TikTok, and streaming
Tik Pro Games is an independent service, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or TikFinity. The terms and policies of each platform or service will remain applicable to you.
Receiving broadcast events depends on running TikFinity, setting up the local connection, and necessary permissions. You are responsible for the preparation of your broadcast, the names, images and content you display to the public, the rights of their owners and the legal basis for their use.
The service does not guarantee that your broadcast will not be restricted or your account blocked, nor does it guarantee that gifts, views, or profits will increase. Visual forms of gifts are not a promise of a monetary prize.
4. Acceptable use and content rights
It is prohibited to use the site to abuse, harass, defraud, publish illegal content, or violate the rights of others. It is also prohibited to attempt to hack accounts or disrupt the service.
The rights to the names, images, marks and content remain to their respective owners. Use of the Service does not entitle you to resell or copy site assets outside of applicable rights and licenses.
5. Availability and responsibility
The Service may be affected by maintenance, network failures, or changes to third party services. We do not guarantee continuous operation or compatibility of all devices.
These Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability which may not be legally excluded. Infringing use may be restricted to the extent necessary to protect the Service and Users and in accordance with the law.
6. Payment and changes
Tik Pro Games's paid subscription is monthly at €9 per month, and automatically renews every month unless cancelled. Price and renewal details are clearly displayed prior to payment, and approval upon registration is not an authorization for a discount. The plan is subject to the subscription and refund policy.
The release date appears on this page. Substantial changes shall be announced in an appropriate manner, and new approval shall be requested when legally necessary. The use of the Service is subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the mandatory consumer protection remaining in your country of residence.
